When I encountered issues with frequent proxy timeouts and connection speed, I initially considered requesting a refund to my account balance. However, they provided me with 10 proxies to choose from and test (I originally thought this would be difficult or limited). The response speed was also very fast, although the web interface is a bit simple. But that's not a problem—this is the best proxy provider I have ever used.
